Who We Are

Holistic Programs for Wellness, Learning, and Growth

Reaching All In Need (RAIN), founded in 1995 by Rev. Howard Harris Sr., is dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming communities through impactful programs and initiatives. We take a holistic approach to community support, focusing on overall wellness,       social emotional learning, and practical skill-building. Our core services—Youth Out of School Time (OST) Programs, Literacy Initiatives, and Parenting Classes—are designed to foster academic achievement, personal growth, and professional development. By working closely with parents, students, and the broader community, we provide the resources and support needed to help individuals thrive and make a lasting impact on society.
