Group Parenting Class
Connect with other parents and strengthen your parenting skills in our Growing Together group. This interactive program provides a supportive community where you’ll learn evidence-based techniques to nurture your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. Each week, our expert facilitators will guide discussions and activities that focus on positive discipline, communication, and building resilience in children. Whether you're just starting your parenting journey or looking to refine your approach, this class is a chance to share experiences, exchange ideas, and grow alongside other parents who understand the challenges and joys of raising children.
One-on-One Parenting Sessions
Looking for individualized support tailored to your family’s unique needs? Our Personalized Guidance sessions offer one-on-one coaching to help you develop strategies that fit with your parenting goals and challenges. These private sessions are designed to address the specific dynamics of your household, whether you're dealing with behavior concerns, co-parenting issues, or fostering stronger connections with your child. With the focused attention of our experienced parenting coach, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to create a nurturing home environment where your child feels safe, loved, and understood.
Parent Reader Meetups
This parent-centered reader meetup provides a space for adult caregivers to connect, share experiences, and grow as role models in literacy. Each month, the group discusses a selected book—ranging from parenting guides to diverse, thought-provoking novels—provided in collaboration with Elizabeth’s Bookshop & Writing Centre. The program emphasizes creating a nurturing home atmosphere for reading while offering parents an opportunity to unwind, engage, and inspire one another.

Program Costs and Accessibility
Affordable Options to Support Your Parenting Journey
We believe in making our programs as accessible as possible. Through our partnership with Helping 2 Overcome Systems, some services are covered by insurance plans. We are also committed to working with individuals to find solutions that meet their needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—fill out an inquiry below. Here is a breakdown of program costs and details:
Group Parenting Classes (Cost: $150)
Join our 10-week group parenting sessions designed to provide valuable insights and tools for effective parenting. Participants are also required to complete the AAPI / PARTI / NSCS Online Assessments (AOL), which have an additional cost of approximately $20. Please note that payment for both the classes and assessments must be made upfront.
One-on-One Coaching ($25 per session)
Experience personalized guidance with our One-on-One Coaching, designed to support your unique goals. The program begins at $100 for the first five sessions, which includes access to the AAPI, PARTI, and NSCS Online Assessments (valued at approximately $20). After completing the initial five sessions, ongoing coaching is available at just $25 per session, making it an accessible and cost-effective way to continue your progress.
Parent Reading Group (Free)
This program is completely free of charge, thanks to funding provided by RAIN.
